How does the new Bucardo pocket watch accessory interface with the Apple Watch?
Our new pocket watch utilizes an inner adapter to hold the Apple Watch within the pocket watch case. Instructions for use: Select the correct adapter size and place the Apple watch into it, inserting the dial side into the dial opening of the adapter first and then snapping it into place. Secure the inner adapter into the pocket watch housing by pressing it gently until it snaps in place. The three metal tabs on the back of the pocket watch will adhere to the corresponding slots on the adapter. To remove the adapter from the pocket watch case, pinch the Apple watch by holding it from the face and back sensor, and give it a wiggle towards the top of the pocket watch, pushing it out from the back sensor until it releases. Do Bucardo accessories fit all generations of the Apple Watch?
Bucardo Sport is compatible with all Apple Watches.The new Bucardo pocket watches is compatible with Series 1-9.
What is your return policy?
In the case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@bucardo.com within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or full refund. We want you to be delighted with your Bucardo product, so if for any other reason you wish to exchange or return your order, please contact us within 14 days. Bucardo does not cover the cost for return shipping, this is responsibility of the customer. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days. Returns should be sent to:

What are your shipping rates?
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S.A. For all other orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please contact info@bucardo.com if you have any questions about shipping and delivery.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be processed and shipped out from our California warehouse within 4 business days. For orders shipping within the US, please allow 7-10 business for delivery. For international orders, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to arrive.
Can Lockets and Charms be worn at the same time?
The covered Lockets and Charms can not be worn at the same time, as they both attach to the Apple Watch via the bottom band slot. However, once you have purchased a Locket or Charm Necklace, you may purchase additional Charms that can replace the Locket cover for a different look.
Will my activity tracking work when my Apple Watch is off the wrist?
Yes, the activity tracking (step counter, distance) still works when the Apple Watch is off the wrist. However, please note that the heartrate monitor function will not work when the sensors are off your wrist.
Will my Apple Watch lock when I take it off my wrist?
Many people choose to disable the passcode when wearing the Apple Watch off the wrist for ease of use.
How should I care for my Bucardo Accessory?
Please handle your Bucardo accessory with care to ensure that it remains in good condition. To clean your Bucardo jewelry, polish with a soft, dry cloth. Bucardo Sport Band: hand wash cold with a gentle soap and line dry.
